So opined Oscar Wilde. Although if he was so smart, how did he end up in Reading Gaol? That said, In terms of the Scottish Libertarian Party, I’m inclined to agree with the droll polymath. Right now we are not being talked about. I hope we can change that in 2017, and for all the right reasons.

The first hurdle is now behind us and the future awaits us. After a long period of building the fundamentals of our organization, the official positions for the National Executive Committee have been filled as follows:

Formation Process For Scottish Libertarians Political Party

Formation process framework is now available. In brief the formation process sets out basic rules of the party until the legal registration of the Scottish Libertarian Party. The formation consitution sets out the following.

Officer roles and condition for membership.
Condition of registration to vote in the upcoming nominations to elect the legal officers of the Party.
Roles and responsibilities of the Party formation organisers.
Sets out what will happen on the  date of party registration.
