Scottish Libertarians are now  registered with the Electoral Commission.

Email and web use ‘to be watched’ By GCHQ – Party Statement

Scottish Libertarians reject and utterly condemn ongoing attempts by the Home Office to further chip away at the civil liberties of British citizens, both in Scotland and the United Kingdom at large.

Formation Process For Scottish Libertarians Political Party

Formation process framework is now available. In brief the formation process sets out basic rules of the party until the legal registration of the Scottish Libertarian Party. The formation consitution sets out the following.

Officer roles and condition for membership.
Condition of registration to vote in the upcoming nominations to elect the legal officers of the Party.
Roles and responsibilities of the Party formation organisers.
Sets out what will happen on the  date of party registration.
